BizUnderworld LLC and any individual or entity who accesses or uses the AI Coach service

Welcome to Bizunderworld LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, programs, applications, and platforms provided by Bizunderworld LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All client and user data is stored in exclusive, dedicated database sections. Your information is never shared or accessible to other clients, partners, or third parties.

b. No Shared Access

Data, content, and insights generated within your account are strictly exclusive to you. No other users, organizations, or external parties have access to your proprietary information.

c. No Use of Data for AI Training

Your data is not used to train any artificial intelligence models, whether proprietary or public. We do not harvest, analyze, or repurpose your data for algorithmic improvement or external research.

d. Localized EU Storage

All data and content are securely stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). This ensures compliance with European data protection laws and provides you with the highest level of data sovereignty.

e. Real-Time Deletion and Data Control

You may delete your data or content at any time. Upon deletion, your information is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems in real time, with no residual copies retained.

f. Encryption and Access Controls

All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols (SSL/TLS). Access to your data is strictly controlled through multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based permissions. All access is logged and monitored for security.

g. GDPR Compliance

4. Intellectual Property

White-Label Services Disclosure

1. White-Label Solution Provider

Certain services and features offered by Bizunderworld LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) are provided through a white-label arrangement with Rocky Robots Ltd, the developer and operator of the underlying technology platform. While these services are branded and supported by Bizunderworld LLC, the core infrastructure and data processing are operated by Rocky Robots Ltd.

2. Usage Provision

By accessing or using the white-label services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, and any additional policies referenced herein. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content and Data Responsibility

You retain all rights to the content and data you submit, upload, or generate through the white-label platform, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content and data.

Bizunderworld LLC and Rocky Robots Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized disclosure of your content or data caused by your actions or omissions.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the white-label platform, including software, technology, and design, remain the exclusive property of Rocky Robots Ltd and its licensors.

Bizunderworld LLC retains all rights to its own branding, proprietary content, and materials.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

Data is stored exclusively in secure, dedicated database sections located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

Your data is never shared with other clients, partners, or third parties, and is not used for the training of any artificial intelligence models.

7. Termination Rights

Bizunderworld LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the white-label services at any time for violation of these Terms, applicable law, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizunderworld LLC and Rocky Robots Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the white-label services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the white-label services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
